Wheelie Hungry, LLC ("Wheelie Hungry," "we," "us") operates the Wheelie Hungry website and mobile app (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Account information.

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Business accounts additionally provide truck details: name, cuisine type, description, hours, service areas, and any photos you upload.

Location information.

If you sign up as a business and choose to go live, we collect your truck's location — either a single position you set manually, or continuous updates from your device while Live Map Tracking is active (Solo plan). This location is shown publicly on the map only while you are live, and stops being shown the moment you go offline. As a consumer, we may ask for your device's location to show you trucks near you; this is used only to sort and filter what you see, and is not stored on our servers.

Usage and device information.

We collect basic analytics for business accounts — profile views, menu views, and follower counts — so truck owners can understand engagement with their listing. If you enable notifications, we store a device push token so we can deliver alerts you've opted into.

Payment information.

Business subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly, under their own privacy and security practices.

How We Use Information

• To operate the core features of the Service — showing trucks on the map, menus, and posts
• To send push notifications you've opted into (e.g. announcements from trucks you follow)
• To process business subscription payments and manage account tiers
• To provide business accounts with analytics about their own listing
• To respond to support requests sent to us directly

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third parties to operate, each with its own privacy practices:

• Supabase — hosting, authentication, and database storage
• Stripe — payment processing for business subscriptions
• Google Maps / Places — map display and address search
• Expo — push notification delivery
• Resend — delivery of feedback submissions sent to our support inbox

Your Choices

• Business accounts can stop sharing location at any time by going offline
• Consumers can turn off push notifications, in general or per truck they follow
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us below

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Data Security

We rely on Supabase's infrastructure, which encrypts data in transit and at rest, and stores passwords in hashed form rather than as plain text. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
